Request for Quotation for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Testing of Solar System

Heifer Project Nepal (HPN), established in 1996 as a separate entity from Heifer International Nepal, partners with local, national, and international stakeholders to empower communities. The organization focuses on promoting food security and improving livelihoods through sustainable agriculture and livestock farming. HPN is planning to install the solar plant at its office premises.

HPN is seeking quotations from eligible firms/companies for the supply, delivery, installation, and testing of the required items/services.

Interested firms/companies are requested to conduct a site visit between 15 April and 20 April 2026, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, excluding Saturday and Sunday.

Please submit the quotation along with below documents to Procurement-NP@heifer.org mention email subject line “Quotation for solar system.” by 21 April 2026, 5 : 00 PM.

Required Documents:

1. Application letter
2. BOQ in the letter head (use BOQ format mentioned in Scope of Work-SOW for both on grid system and hybrid PV system)
3. Technical proposal 
4. Sign and Stamp in all pages of SOW 
5. Company/Firm Registration Certificate
6. VAT/PAN Registration Certificate
7. Tax Clearance Certificate FY 081/82 

All rights to accept or reject partially/wholly a quotation, with or without giving any reasons, shall reserve with HPN. If deemed necessary, the company/firms shall be asked for modifications.
