Youth Network for Peace and Development (YNPD Nepal) is a nonprofit youth led organization formed in 2009 and working in coordination with many NGOs/INGOs in Nepal .YNPD Nepal in Coordination with Karkhana samuh under Bridge project invites applications from highly motivated, Skilled, dynamic, substantially experienced, highly qualified and result oriented eligible Nepalese Citizens having following eligibility for the post.

Eligibility requirement

A prospective candidate shall have the following minimum eligibility criteria in terms of academic qualification and professional experience.

   A. Job Title: Project Coordinator -1

Project Location : Madhesh Province  Based in Jaleshwar. Mahottari Project Office

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Social Science / Computer Science, IT or relevant subject (Master Degree is preferably)

Duration: 21 months or possibility of extensions

Salary: Negotiable

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity to interact effectively with a broad range  of internal and external stakeholders; 

  • Excellent communications skills in Nepali and English to engage others, present  information and respond to questions; and produce clear and concise written work

  • Capacity to work both independently and as a member of a team; 

  • Willingness to work longer hours, when required; 

  • Strong working knowledge of PC-based word processing and excel applications and experience with Google Apps (Gmail, Zoom, Google Drive, etc.); 

  • Strong familiarity with presenting ideas in front of others

  • Experience in managing events; tackling operational challenges in a structured manner. 
  • B    Job Title: Admin and finance officer -1

    Bachelor’s degree in Administration / Finance or relevant subject (Master Degree is preferably)

    Duration: 21 months or possibility of extensions

    Required Skills and Abilities: 

    • Provide administrative and finance support to ensure efficient operation of office.

    • Answer phone calls, schedules meetings and support visitors.

    • Working with spread sheets and managing petty cash transactions.

    • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

    • Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.

    • Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

    • Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

    • Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.

    Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories.

    • At least 3 years experiences in NGOs or INGOs sector with Proposal writing , Report writing, Training organizing ,Team leading and well Office management.
