KIRDARC is an NGO dedicated to uphold the rights of marginalized and excluded communities through its interventions on Human Rights, Democracy and Good Governance with especial focus on building capacities of right holders, duty bearers and civil society contributing to inclusive growth and fair development. It works with a vision of ‘a just and prosperous society’.

KIRDARC Nepal is implementing the “Integrated Protection and Community Engagement” and “Integrated Nutrition and Livelihoods” Program in Jumla district in partnership with World Vision International Nepal. Therefore, KIRDARC Nepal is expecting the job applications from suitable qualified, dynamic, and motivated candidates to fulfill the vacant position of Protection Officer based in, Jumla district.

Position Description: Protection Officer, 1 Person (Based in district headquarter, Jumla)

Academic Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in social work, sociology, law, or a related field, with at least three years of relevant experience.

Key Skills and Knowledge required:- Strong understanding of child protection, survivor-centered approaches, and CP-related laws, policies, and mechanisms, with demonstrated experience in capacity building for children, parents, and caregivers, community campaigning, CP case management, and policy advocacy.
