National Network for Safe Migration (NNSM)

National Network for Safe Migration (NNSM) is an umbrella organization of civil society organizations in Nepal working in the field of labour migration and development. It was established in 2008 with a sole purpose of integrating efforts of civil society organizations especially for policy recommendations. Since inception, NNSM has been playing instrumental role in policy advocacy for protection and promotion of the rights of migrant workers and their families. It also focuses on empowerment and capacity development of its member organizations, network building for common platform and research/studies so as to contribute for making labour migration safer, dignified and productive.

NNSM announces job vacancy for the following position.

Project Coordinator (Full Time)

Number of Position: One (1)

Major Responsibilities: 

  • She/He will be responsible for business development, planning, implementing, communication, coordination and reporting activities including overseeing and controlling financial activities or other tasks of the relevant project as directed by the management. 

Required Qualification and Skills: 

  • Minimum Master’s Degree in Social Science/Law/Human Rights or related field,
  • Minimum 4 years of experience on Program /Project Development, Planning Management, Reporting, Monitoring and Implementation.
  • Strong communication, presentation, writing and speaking skills both in English and Nepali, 
  • Strong knowledge of project management, resource management, administrative works and computer applications

Project Duration: 12 months with possibility of extension

Duty Station: NNSM Office, Kathmandu
