It works with a mission to enable Karnali people to claim and exercise their rights for poverty reduction and improved livelihoods through their organization, research, policy advocacy and judicious resources mobilization. It has been implementing various project/programs with the funding support of different partner organizations.

KIRDARC is an NGO dedicated to uphold the rights of marginalized and excluded communities through its interventions on Human Rights, Democracy and Good Governance with especial focus on building capacities of right holders, duty bearers and civil society contributing to inclusive growth and fair development. It works with a vision of ‘a just and prosperous society’.

KIRDARC Nepal is going to implement the KOPILA Project; to bring positive impact on the lives of children under three years of age, in Subhakalika Rural Municipality of Kalikot district in partnership with Save the Children International Nepal. Therefore, KIRDARC Nepal is expecting the job applications from suitable qualified, dynamic and motivated candidates to fulfill the vacant position of Project Coordinator.

Position Description: Project Coordinator, 1 Person (Based in Subhakalika Rural Municipality, Kalikot)

Minimum Qualification and Experience: Master’s degree (Education, Human Rights, Law, social science, business administration or any other related qualification) in with 3 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of demonstrated work experience.

Key Skills and Knowledge required: - Good understanding and knowledge of project management- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in managing diverse teams, building and maintaining strong relationships with the project team, partners and local government- Outstanding communications and networking skills- Sound knowledge in program planning, implementation, reporting and M&E.
