SOSEC Nepal was established in 1997 as a non-profit service provider for the greater improvement of the socio-economic and cultural conditions of the backward people living in the rural communities of Nepal. The organization has been implementing various projects/programs with the cooperation and support of various agencies to improve the social, economic, and cultural status of the backward communities living in the rural communities of Karnali State and various districts of the Far West and Lumbini provinces. The organization has been conducting its activities based on the following Thematic Areas: (a) Advocacy Against Inequality, (b) Resilient Livelihoods, (c) Safe and Save Life, (d) WASH and Nutrition, (e) Life skill & Inclusive Education, and (f) Children Prosperity. SOSEC Nepal has been adopting the policy of protection/security of women and children and zero tolerance against corruption.
SOSEC Nepal is implementing various program in partnership with multiple donor organizations with focus on key areas such as disaster risk reduction, sustainable livelihoods, water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), child welfare, education, and food security.

- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Management, Humanities, Social Science, or any related field with at least 3 years of work experience in project management or development sector; Master’s Preferred.
- Benefit: Salary/ PF/Gratuity/Insurance/Festival Allowance
