YARA is a fashion retail clothing store operating both in-store and online. We offer trendy, high-quality clothing and accessories, curated for today’s fashion-forward individuals. With a focus on style, service, and a seamless shopping experience, YARA is your go-to destination for standout fashion.

Time- 10-7 pm

Location- Durbarmarg

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, social media, and messaging apps
• Take and confirm customer orders professionally
• Record all orders in the system accurately
• Generate bills and share them with customers
• Coordinate with dispatch/logistics team for timely deliveries
• Maintain daily sales records

Requirements:

• Basic computer & billing software knowledge
• Good communication skills (written & spoken)
• Quick learner and organized
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus

Qualifications

• Age: 18 -25
• Gender: Female
• Education: Minimum +12 complete 
• Good condition mobile phone with proper storage
