Job Title: Office and Sales In-charge
Job Purpose:
To take full charge of day-to-day office, warehouse, and sales operations, ensuring smooth coordination among internal teams and external stakeholders, while driving monthly sales targets, providing smart customer service solutions, and maintaining transparent reporting to the company owners.

Location: Birganj, Parsa
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office & Administration:
- Manage daily office functions including record-keeping, documentation, staff attendance, and petty cash.
- Ensure the workplace is organized, compliant with safety standards, and operating efficiently.
- Handle vendor management, purchases, and coordination for office or maintenance needs.
2. Warehouse & Inventory:
- Monitor stock levels, track incoming/outgoing goods, and ensure proper inventory records.
- Coordinate with the mechanic/service team for timely dispatch of parts and vehicles.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, secure, and optimized for smooth logistics.
3. Sales & Target Achievement:
- Lead the sales team and ensure they are meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Engage directly in sales activities, especially with key clients or large buyers.
- Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and prepare daily/weekly sales updates.
- Suggest and implement local marketing, promotions, or sales strategies.
4. Coordination & Reporting:
- Provide daily updates and weekly reports to the business owner(s) on sales, expenses, service status, and staff performance.
- Maintain clear communication between field staff and management to avoid delays or miscommunication.
- Schedule and document internal team meetings to track progress and assign tasks.
5. Customer Service & Delivery Management:
- Ensure every customer receives prompt and professional service before, during, and after purchase.
- Monitor complaint resolution, service requests, and field repairs with follow-up till closure.
- Use smart, practical methods to enhance customer satisfaction (e.g., scheduled follow-up calls, feedback collection, quick troubleshooting).
6. Banking & Compliance:
- Handle daily cash deposits, banking transactions, and maintain financial discipline.
- Keep receipts, bills, and vouchers properly filed for accounting and audit purposes.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Experience in sales and operations with a practical, hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills (oral and written), including computer skills and basic accounting.
- Proactive attitude with an ability to handle multitasking under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of electric vehicles, logistics, and customer service.
