Notice for Time Extension of Bid Submission

This is to notify all interested and eligible bidders that the Dalit Society Welfare Committee Nepal (DSWCN) had earlier published an Invitation for Bid on 23 September 2025 for the “Supply of Agricultural Input Materials” under the Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA) Project supported by Good Neighbors International Nepal.

Due to natural disaster Government had extended the public holiday for two days, due to which the last date for bid submission has been extended as follows:

• Previous Bid Submission Deadline: 7 October 2025 (before 5:00 PM)
• Revised Bid Submission Deadline: 10 October 2025 (before 5:00 PM)
• Bid Opening Date: 12 October 2025 at 11:00 AM
• Venue: DSWCN Head Office, Janakpurdham-04, Dhanusha

All other terms and conditions mentioned in the previously published bid notice shall remain unchanged.
