NOTICE FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal (BWSN), Field Office Bidur, Nuwakot, requires the procurement of the following goods and services for Emergency Response, Relief, and Recovery operations to address the impact on human and physical property caused by the recent severe flooding in Bhotekoshi and Rasuwa. The project Implemented sites is Dhading, Nuwakot and Rasuwa district of Bagmati Province.

Interested vendors, suppliers, and service providers are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, along with all necessary documents, to the Head Office in Hariwan–11, Sarlahi, or the Field Office in Bidur Municipality–4, Nuwakot, or via the email address listed below.

2. Maintenance and installation of computers, laptops, CCTV, photocopy machines, printers, and telephones

5. Building and physical structure repairs

C. Consultancy and Other Services

1. Software development
2. Drawing and design services
3. Video and documentary production services
4. Data compilation and typing
5. Separate services for Staff Nurse, Psychosocial Counselor, and Medicine Distributor

D. General Services

1. Residential hotel and restaurant services (for residential training and seminars)
2. Food, snacks, and refreshment supply services
3. Transportation and courier services
4. Training and instruction services on various subjects (Individual or Institutional)
5. Vehicle rental services
6. Street drama and video show services
7. Supply of medicines and nutritious food
8. Medical equipment and related supply materials
9. Construction of hand-washing stations, portable toilets, and permanent toilets
10. Engineering, design, and consultancy services
11. Procurement and printing services for various sizes of bags and vests
12. Casual volunteer staff services
13. Advertising and notice publication services
14. Audio-visual message and notice broadcasting services via radio and television
15. Gynecologist and paramedic consultancy services
16. Alternative solar energy consultancy and installation services

1. Attached EOI Application Form
2. Certified copy of Firm/Company Registration Certificate
3. Certified copy of PAN and VAT Registration Certificates (or official document stating exemption from VAT registration if applicable)
4. Copy of updated Tax Clearance Certificate
5. Document proving firm renewal (where applicable)
6. Documents demonstrating relevant experience related to the applied service/supply (if available)
