1. Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the repair and maintenance of construction machinery and equipment.

• Diagnose mechanical faults and perform preventive maintenance.

• Ensure all machinery operates safely and efficiently.

• Maintain records of maintenance and repairs.

• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Age 18–50, in good physical condition, with a valid health certificate.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance experience.

• Skilled in using mechanical tools and understanding mechanical systems.

• Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work under pressure.

• Experience in construction or heavy equipment maintenance is preferred.

2. Tower Crane Maintenance Technician (High-Altitude Work)

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspection, repair, and maintenance of tower cranes.

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.

• Ensure all equipment meets safety and operational standards.

• Perform high-altitude work in compliance with safety regulations.

• Report maintenance activities and issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Age 20–45, physically fit, able to work at heights.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tower crane repair and maintenance.

• Possess relevant safety training or certification.

• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.

• Previous experience in construction projects preferred.

3. Mobile Crane Operator

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate mobile cranes safely and efficiently according to project requirements.

• Inspect equipment before operation and ensure all safety measures are in place.

• Cooperate with the lifting team to complete hoisting tasks.

• Maintain the crane and report mechanical problems immediately.

• Follow site safety rules and company policies.

Requirements:

• Valid crane operation license and relevant experience (minimum 2 years).

• Familiar with crane safety regulations and hand signals.

• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions.

• Careful, responsible, and safety-oriented.

• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects preferred.

4. Road Engineer (Proficient in CAD)

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in road design, construction planning, and on-site supervision.

• Prepare technical drawings and layouts using CAD software.

• Conduct site measurements and ensure work quality meets design standards.

• Assist in preparing reports, quantity calculations, and project documentation.

• Coordinate with other departments and provide technical support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and other engineering software.

• Minimum 2 years of road engineering experience.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

• Experience in highway or infrastructure projects preferred.

5. Translator (Chinese–Nepali, Computer Literate)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide translation and interpretation between Chinese and Nepali for project communications.

• Assist in preparing bilingual documents, reports, and correspondence.

• Support daily communication between Chinese and Nepali staff.

• Manage digital files and use office software to complete translation tasks.

• Perform other translation-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proficient in both Chinese and Nepali (spoken and written).

• Skilled in using computers and office software (Word, Excel, etc.).

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
