For the supply of COVID-19 Related Emergency Medical Equipments in (Naraharinath, Sanitribeni & Raskot) of Kalikot District

KIRDARC Nepal is implementing “SHO increase resiliency of the community to recover from COVID-19 Pandemic effects Project” in technical and financial support of Plan International Nepal to provide COVID related emergency medical assistance support to 3 Rural Municipalities (Naharinath, Sanitribeni & Raskot) of Kalikot district.

For the implementation of the project activities, therefore we invite the sealed bid for the supply of “COVID-19 Related Emergency Medical Equipments” from interested suppliers/service providers. The name of the materials item, quantity and specifications has been disclosed in the Terms of Reference (TOR).

Required Documents:

• Official company registration and renewal certificate 
• Updated Tax clearance certificate
• VAT registration certificate
• Stamped and signed TOR along with declaration and code of conduct. 
• Written statement confirming eligibility as per section 12 below (ineligibility criteria)
• Original Copy of Bank Guarantee or Bid-bond amount deposit slip

Procedures for the submission of bid: 

Interested and eligible suppliers/service providers are requested to submit the sealed bid to KIRDARC Nepal Coordination Office, Sanepa, Lalitpur (Phone: 01-5548040/5548321) or KIRDARC Nepal Provincial Office, Surkhet (Phone: 083-525664) or KIRDARC Nepal District Office, Kalikot (Phone: 087-440150) clearly marking the heading “Bid for the supply of COVID-19 Related Emergency Medical Equipments” till 17th May 2022, 17:00 Hrs. (Nepali Time).

Bid received after the deadline will not be considered and only shortlisted service providers will be called for further process. Canvassing at any stage of process shall lead to automatic disqualification. The organization reserves all rights to qualify/disqualify application with or without providing any reasons whatsoever. All bids will be treated with the highest confidentiality.
