Reintegration of Returnee Migrant Workers (ReMi) Project is a bilateral initiative between Governments of Nepal and Switzerland. It is implemented by the Ministry of Youth, Labour and Employment (MoYLE), respective provincial line ministries (Province Koshi and Madhesh Province) and 20 participating local governments. The project is funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). Helvetas Nepal provides technical assistance to the project on behalf of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).

ReMi / Helvetas Nepal invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced bidders for the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of IT hardware (including digital camera and computers with accessories), as detailed in the bidding document

1. A standard bidding document comprising a detailed requirement, specification, and conditions of contract is made available at https://notice.helvetasnepal.org.
2. Requests for bid clarifications may be submitted to procurement.np@helvetas.org by 27 September 2026. A consolidated response to all queries will be published by 28 September 2026 directly below the notice on the same portal.
3. The sealed bids must be submitted by 5 PM on 7 October 2026 to the address mentioned in the bidding document.
4. Acceptance and rejection of bids and award of job or cancelation of bid notice shall remain within the jurisdiction of ReMi/Helvetas Nepal.
