For the supply of Portable Ultrasound Machine Set

Green Tara Nepal (GTN) implements “SABAL PROJECT” entitled “Capacity development of health services and health promotion for women, especially mothers and children in Western Nepal”, funded by the Karuna Deutschland and Else Kröner-Fresenius-Stiftung (EKFS), invites sealed quotations from registered firms /suppliers, agents, or companies for the supply and delivery of a Portable Rural-Ultrasound machine set.  

Eligible Bidder may obtain further information and inspect the Quotation forms in the link below of this notice at the web portal of JobsNepal.com Pvt. Ltd. from 3rd November 2025 to 11th November 2025.

Sealed Bid Documents must be submitted to Green Tara Nepal, Lamtangin Marga, Baluwatar, Kathmandu, on and before 12:00 PM of 11th November 2025, along with a copy of up to date Firm/Company Registration Certificate, VAT and PAN Registration Certificates, and Tax Clearance Certificate of FY 2080/081. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.

Each page of the standard bid document must be signed by the authorized representative of the organization and must include the common seal (Stamp) of the organization. Please indicate (Procurement Notice no: SABAL-001:2082/83) on the envelope.

Sealed Quotation shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives (if present during the process time) who choose to attend on 14th November, 2025, at 3:00 PM  at the office of Green Tara Nepal, Lamtangin Marga, Baluwatar, Kathmandu, Nepal.

If the last date of purchasing, submission, and opening of sealed quotation falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered the last day.

GTN reserves the right to accept or reject, fully or partly, any or all the Sealed Quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.
