Project Title: Emergency WASH Response and Resilience Support in Madhesh Province

Subject: Installation of Hand Pump Drinking Water Supply Scheme

The Dalit Society Welfare Committee Nepal (DSWCN) is a non-governmental organization established in October 2001 and registered with the District Administration Office (DAO), Mahottari. DSWCN works for the welfare of children, youth, and women, focusing on health and education, water and sanitation, environmental sustainability, livelihood improvement, income generation, disaster management, conflict resolution, information and technology, and other rights-based issues.

Under the Integrated Community Development Project (ICDP) and the Emergency WASH Response and Resilience Support in Madhesh Province Project, implemented by DSWCN–Mahottari with financial and technical support from Good Neighbors International Nepal, DSWCN invites sealed bids from eligible firms for the supply and installation of Hand Pump Drinking Water Supply Schemes.

Eligible and qualified firms or companies may collect the Bid Documents and further information from the office address mentioned below or by emailing dswcn.procurement@gmail.com.

Bid Documents will be provided free of charge upon registration of the firm for participation in the bid. The Expression of Interest (EOI) must include copies of the following documents:

• Firm/Company Registration Certificate
• PAN/VAT Registration Certificate
• Latest Tax Clearance Certificate

Bid Details:

• Bid Validity Period: Up to 31 January 2026
• Last Date for Submission: 7 November 2025, by 5:00 PM (Nepal Time)
• Bid Opening Date: 9 November 2025, at 11:00 AM (Nepal Time)

This invitation does not constitute any financial or other commitment on the part of DSWCN–Mahottari. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason or incurring any obligation.
