Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) Notice

Prayatnashil Community Development Society (PRAYAS Nepal), Dhading is a non-governmental organization dedicated towards quality education, livelihood, good governance, inclusive and well-being of poor Nepalese people. PRAYAS Nepal focuses on child, women, marginalized and rural communities by setting holistic development goals in creating transformed and interdependent society. The organization is committed to providing support to schools and communities to enhance the quality of the learning environment.

PRAYAS Nepal, with financial support from ChildFund Japan Nepal Office is planning to facilitate The Classroom / Library Management Works in Schools in selected schools within Dhading District under the Contract for PRAYAS NEPAL/SAFE/2080-081/02. PRAYAS NEPAL invites potential bidders having demonstrable experiences and capacity to submit Expression of Interest (EOI). The bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders. Interested bidders can obtain documents from PRAYAS Nepal office during office hour and through e-mail (prayashnepal@gmail.com) up on request. Interested and eligible bidders are requested to submit their expression of interest (EOI) using the prescribed application form, along with complete supporting documents as specified to PRAYAS-Nepal office by 4:00 PM on 24th December 2023. Bids submitted after this deadline will be automatically disqualified. PRAYAS Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, either in full or in part, without the need to provide any specific reasons for its decisions.
