Nepal Development Society (NEDS), founded in 2013, is a leading Nepali NGO focused on evidence-based governance, public policy, research, and planning. We work across national and local levels to strengthen policy impact in health, social equity, economy, and environment. We invite applications from eligible, experienced, and competent firms, suppliers, service providers, consultants, and individual professionals for inclusion in its Annual Vendor Database for Fiscal Year 2083/84.

Interested applicants may register under one or more of the following service and supply categories:

Vendor Categories

1. Office Stationery and Consumables
2. Hotel, Training Hall, Conference, Catering, and Accommodation Services
3. Office Furniture, Fixtures, and Furnishings
4. Supply, Repair, and Maintenance of Computers, Printers, Networking Equipment, and Other IT Accessories
5. Information Technology Services and Technical Support
6. Graphic Design, Layout, and Publication Services
7. Consultancy Services (Research, Translation, Interpretation, Report Writing, Editing, and Documentation)
8. Promotional and Branding Materials (bags, diaries, pens, T-shirts, caps, certificates, tokens, etc.)
9. Printing and Publication Services
10. Photography, Videography, Documentary Production, and Audio-Visual Services
11. Vehicle Rental and Transportation Services
12. Air/vehicle Ticketing and Travel Management Services
13. Facility Maintenance Services (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, furnishing, and other repair work)

Applicants are requested to submit the following documents:

• Completed Vendor Registration List 
• Company/Firm Registration Certificate
• PAN/VAT Registration Certificate
• Latest Tax Clearance Certificate or Evidence of Tax Filing
• Company Profile
• Relevant Licenses and Certifications (where applicable)
• Experience and Reference Details

Submission Procedure

Interested parties may obtain and submit the Vendor Registration Form along with supporting documents through either of the following methods:

Application Deadline

All applications must be received no later than 29 Shrawan 2083 during office hours.

• Registration in the NEDS Vendor Database does not constitute a commitment to award any contract, purchase order, or service agreement.
• NEDS reserves the right to request additional information from applicants as part of the evaluation process.
• Applications that are incomplete or submitted after the deadline may not be considered.
• NEDS retains the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
