Invitation for EOIs: Solar Photovoltaic System Installation

WWF Nepal, the global conservation organization leading international efforts for a living planet, is seeking a VAT-registered manufacturer to procure and install solar photovoltaic (PV) system for two high-altitude communities in Shey Phoksundo Rural Municipality, Dolpa district.

** Note: Amendment has been made to the equipment specifications table below and refers to Page 14, Table 1.

Amendment (Table below):

Item: Studer VS 120

S.N. 1. Original Quantity: Two (2) units.

Revised Quantity: Three (3) units

In the detailed quotation document, this amendment refers to Lhuri village, Page 14 Table 1.

All other terms and conditions of the EoI remain unchanged.

Bidders are advised to take note of this correction when preparing or revising their submissions.

Equipment Specifications:

Interested VAT-registered manufacturers are requested to submit quotations for the above-mentioned equipment and accessories via email to admin@wwfnepal.org. Please keep the subject title as WWF Nepal – Solar Quotation.

The quotation submission must be carried out within 5:00 pm, Nepal Standard Time, December 6, 2025.
