Invitation for Bids

Dalit Jan Kalyan Yuba Club (DJKYC) is implementing Sabal Balbalika and Sabal Samudaya (SaBaSS) project in financial and technical support from Plan International Nepal in Arnama Rural Municipality of Siraha District, Madhesh Province, Nepal. As part of this project, DJKYC will construct and/or repair WASH facilities in selected schools within Arnama Rural Municipality.

DJKYC have invited qualified and experienced construction companies registered in Nepal, with demonstrated capacity in WASH infrastructure construction, installation, and repair works, to participate in this tender process. Interested and eligible construction companies are encouraged to submit their bids in accordance with the tender requirements.

Instructions to Bidders

• Bid documents will be available from 22 December 2025 onwards on the online portal and can also be collected from DJKYC office (address below).
• The deadline for submission of tender documents is 05 January 2026 by no later than 4:00 PM. Tender document collection and submission time: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Sunday to Friday (except DJKYC holidays).
• No online submissions of tender documents will be accepted. Only hard copy submissions will be considered with authorized signed and stamped in each page.
• To collect the tender document, interested bidders must visit the address below with copies of:
• Company/ Business Registration Certificate
• VAT Registration Certificate
• Tax Clearance Certificate for FY 2081/2082
• Technical bids will be opened on 06 January 2026 at 11:00 AM, and financial bids will be opened on 9 January 2026 at 11:00 AM at the DJKYC Office, Lahan Municipality, Ward# 10, Gudigaun, Siraha District, Nepal. Only the qualified technical proposals will be considered for further evaluations of financial proposals.
• Bidders must submit a Bid Security (Bank Guarantee) amounting to 2.5% of the total proposed bid amount, deposited in the name of this office. Detailed information related to the Bid Security is specified in the bid form.
• If any additional information or clarification related to the bid is required, such information and notices may also
• be obtained from the office of this organization.
• The Procurement Committee of DJKYC, Siraha, reserves full authority to accept or reject any bid, in whole or in part, with or without assigning any reason, and to cancel or re-invite the bid process at any stage.
• Any bid submitted without following the prescribed procedures, found to be incomplete, or received after the deadline, shall not be subject to any action and shall be automatically disqualified.
• The terms and conditions mentioned in this notice, along with other necessary provisions, shall be governed by this notice, DJKYC procurement and financial policy.
