International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a non-governmental organization established in 1952. It serves the poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal, enabling them to live life to the fullest through health and development services. INF Nepal is currently working in the areas of health and community development in the Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpashchim Provinces of Nepal.

INF Nepal invites sealed bids (Two Envelope) from eligible bidders for the construction of Inpatient Ward Building at Shining Hospital Banke -03, Janaki Rural Municipality.

1. Bid documents with detailed scope of work, terms, and conditions can be received from INF Nepal office at Shining Hospital Banke or by sending the bank voucher and bid document request letter in the email: procurement.banke@inf.org.np. The bid document fee must be deposited in the account of INF Nepal bank account till 6th July 2026 (22nd Asar 2083) by 4:00 pm.

2. The bid along with the copy of other documents as requested in the bid document must be submitted in a sealed envelope (hard copy) at Shining Hospital, INF Nepal Banke not later than 12:00 pm, 7th July 2026 (23rd Asar 2083). Bid documents received after this deadline will not be accepted.

3. The bids will be opened in Shining Hospital INF Nepal Banke on 02:00 pm on 7th July 2026 (23rd Asar 2083) in the presence of bidder or their representative who choose to attend.  Bids must be valid for 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security (In cash or Bank Guarantee) which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

4. If the last date of submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered the last date while the purchasing date remains the same. In such a case, the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

5. INF Nepal Banke reserves the right to reject all or any of the bids submitted without providing any reason whatsoever. Canvassing in any from will result in the disqualification of the bidder.
