INF International is an International non-government Organization, serving poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life in its fullness through health and community development services. INF provides health and community development services in the provinces of Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim.

INF International is seeking a competent, skilled, service-oriented and devoted volunteer to provide strategic, capacity-strengthening support to INF’s Health Services, and who shares our vision, missions, and values.  

Position: Health Services Advisor

Required Number: 1

Location: Pokhara

Salary & Benefits: Volunteer, no financial benefits will be provided

Contract period: 2-3 years

The post holder will work closely with the Medical Services Director for strategic planning, monitoring and clinical research and will provide input in the restructuring of Health Services particularly at Green Pastures Hospital. They will assist the Executive Director in developing a framework for impact measurement and monitoring. Capacity-building of key human resource will be a significant part of the strategic development plan and will involve mentoring of clinical and other staff.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Business or other relevant field +5 years of experience.
• Good communication skills in both English and Nepali.
• Experience in health system strengthening, hospital management and the monitoring of clinical service standards. 
• Evidence of technical skills relating to systems analysis, reporting and capacity strengthening. 
• Good teamwork and experience in cross-cultural teams.
• Ready to work on a volunteer basis. No, financial benefits.
