Position: Grants and Contract Coordinator- KTM

DESCRIPTION
The position holder will have responsibility to desk review of the sub-offices and sub awardees financial reports.
- Responsible for preparing financial reports.
- Visits to partner and sub-offices to ensure compliances are met and provide supervision, monitoring & coaching.
- Assist in preparation of budgets for sub-offices and sub awards/ sub grants in consultation with concerned program staff
- Oversee inventory control system.
- Assist in execution of statutory audit, donor specific audit, follow up and implement the recommendations.
REQUIREMENT FOR THE ROLE
- Master degree in accounting or business management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position/organizations
- Knowledge of USAID rules and regulation is a must.
- Experience with accounting and internal control procedures.
- Willing to travel remote areas as and when required.
- Skills on QB and FAMAS accounting software will be an added value.
- Work experience in partnership management is essential.
