Arko Pana Nepal is a non - profit organization committed to ethic principles who aims to help vulnerable girls and women in the entertainment sector as well as from other vulnerable backgrounds in the Kathmandu valley of Nepal. The organization focuses on social empowerment, counseling, and skill-based training to promote dignity, independence, and opportunities for women. Its office is located in Gwarkho Lalitpur Nepal.

We are currently seeking qualified and committed candidates for the following positions:

1. Field and Program Officer (Female, full-time)

Key Responsibility

• Planning, implementing, research, scheduling of field visit weekly, monthly and yearly (Field visit to target area which is with in the valley)
• Day field visit and two days Night (until 8PM) field visit in target areas every week.
• One-one meeting and follow up with beneficaries.
• Reachout to the target beneficaries to connect in APN dropin center through field visit primairly and in collobration with likeminded organization.
• Conducting awareness program as per schedule.
• Stories writing, Quarterly and Annually Report Writting
• Overseeing the trainings conducted within the organization
• Participating in skill development trainings as per the need (Internal and external)
• Meetings with stakeholders as per need.
• Administration, organizational and relational work

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in community development, social work, or program coordination (experience with women empowerment programs preferred).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently social competences, resilient, trustworthy, loyal, reliable, positive attitude, initiative, flexible, professional working attitude.
• Knowledge of gender equality, human rights, and social justice principles.
• Age Above 25
• Good computer skills most required
• English language skills most required
• 2 Wheeler license preferred
