Expression of Interest (RFQ) for the Go Bag Materials

The Working for Access and Creation Nepal (WAC-Nepal) has been implementing the Community Based Disaster Risk Redicus (CBDRR) Project in 2 Palikas in Achham district. This CBDRR Project has been implementing in partnership with World Vision International Nepal with the funding from MoFA Japan with a goal to Develop a foundation to reduce the vulnerability on disaster in the target communities and local governments in Achham and Kailali districts. 

CBDRR project has planned to support Go Bag Materials distribution to most vulnerable community and HHs on Working area. The Go bag materials will be a key materials to prepare and respond to disasters/emergencies. Thus, WAC Nepal invites Expression of Interest (RFQ) from qualified firms (Registered in PAN/VAT) to Provide the Go bag materials on community. The hard copy of the RFQ can be submitted with a sealed quotation in the mentioned address.

(A) Services:

Provide 120 set of Go bag Materials on project office.

Terms and conditions for ‘supply and delivery’:

1. Quotation should be sealed and submitted by 3rd September 2023 by 5:00pm.
2. Quotation received after the specified date and time of the invitation, will not be considered.
3. Quoted rate should be mentioned the VAT and other necessary Taxes if applicable in remarks
4. Expected delivery date 20th September, 2023 Committed date of supplier……………………..
5. Payment will be made within 30 days after received goods and undisputable invoice, if you have any objection or expectation please write ………………………………………………...
6. The supplier has to transport  the goods to the Project Office of WAC-Nepal Panchadewal Binyaak Municipality -03, Achham  including loading and unloading cost.
7. In case of delaying of delivery 2% penalty will be charged at weekly basis, which will be deducted at the time of payment.
8. The contract will be awarded as per WAC-Nepal’s bid evaluation criteria
9. WAC-Nepal reserves the right to reject any or all quotation. The successful bidder or bidders will be notified at the earliest date possible.
10. Payment will be made check payment or online bank transfer to your company name.
11. Applicable TDS will be deducted at your source against the total taxable bill amount as per Nepal Government’s rules and regulations, before making the final payment.
12. WAC Nepal is child-focused organization, any employment of child labor will lead to cancellation of order without any liability whatsoever.
13. WAC-Nepal reserves the right to issue the purchase order as per the required quantity.

(B) Application procedure:

Firms are required to submit the following documents: 

• Letter of interest for go bag materials. 
• Copy of VAT/PAN registration certificate 
• Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Copy of Firms registration.
• Renewed doctument of firms.
• Copy of Citizenship of firm owner.

Interested vendors/suppliers meeting the requirements may submit their bids through the RFQ template on or before 5 PM on 3rd September, 2023.
