Expression of Interest (EOI) FY 2025/26 (2082/83)

This is for your reference that Caritas Nepal is a non-profit making NGO officially registered in Lalitpur, Nepal. Through this notice, we are inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) “For the Selection of Local NGO Partners for Emergency Management Capacity Building”

Interested organizations are requested to prepare their proposals in line with the Terms of Reference (ToR) attached to this notice.

Terms and conditions:

1. EOI should be submitted by 7th October 2025, 5:00 pm via Email: procurementdepartment@caritas.org.np, admin@caritas.org.np
2. Organizations must submit a copy of company registration, VAT/PAN and Tax clearance certificate.
3. Caritas Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOIs without providing any reason. Shortlisted organizations will be notified at the earliest possible date.
4. The EOI that meets all requirements and evaluation criteria will be considered for selection and subsequent agreement.
