Aasaman Nepal ‘A pioneer organization for education and nutrition, is one of the leading Terai-based NGOs led and managed by social activists since its establishment in Dhanusha, Janakpur in 1999. ASN has been engaged in developing and implementing programs aimed at the protection, promotion, and fulfillment of child rights in Nepal. We are working in more than 20 districts under 5 Thematic Areas as Children’s Learning, Protection & Opportunities, Health, Nutrition and Inclusive Wellbeing, Climate Resilience & Sustainable Livelihoods, Women, Youth & Community Leadership and Accountable Governance & Social Justice.

Aasaman Nepal, in partnership with Karl Kübel Stiftung für Kind und Familie (KKS) and in financial support of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), is implementing the "Promotion of gender-inclusive education and living conditions for marginalized children and families in the communities of Kamala and Aurahi, Dhanusha, Nepal" which contributes to ensuring an inclusive and child-welfare-oriented learning and living environment in the communities of Kamala and Aurahi, where children can grow up protected and with high-quality education.

Aasaman Nepal invites bids from eligible and qualified bidders/individuals for consultancy services to conduct a Baseline Study of Promotion of Gender-Inclusive Education and Living Conditions for Marginalized Children and Families in Kamala and Aurahi, Madhesh Province, Nepal, supported by KKS/BMZ

Mandatory Requirements:

• A technical proposal (Please Refer TOR; attached in link)
• A financial proposal should include a detailed budget sheet with breakdowns
• Company Profile of the firm
• CV of individuals
• PAN/VAT registration certificate
• Company Registration Certificate (if firm)
• Latest Tax clearance certificate (if firm) 2082/83 or 2081/82 with extension letter

Interested bidders/individuals are requested to submit their bid copy of Technical and Financial Proposal along with the above-mentioned documents to the address below by 03rd November 2026 (Tuesday), 17:00 PM. Delay in submission of bid document will not be accepted.
