Women Skill Creation Centre (WOSCC) Nepal is the well-established social organization registered in 1992 under the concerned authority of government of Nepal has been actively moving for 30 years. Supporting for the formation of aware, healthy, prosperous and dignified society is the vision of the organization. The organization has been actively playing successful role to promote good governance and to empower communities with the help the heal of social mobilization in the task of establishing rights of human being with dignity and special for assurance of child rights and women rights. This organization requires following position urgently: 

Designation: Executive Director 

Duty Station: Central office, Hetauda

Job Summary: Responsible to overall manage, implement, organize and evaluate/control the program activities and financial as well as administrative activities as per project financial resources in accordance with the sub agreement with donor organization and maintain district/national level networks and coordination to run all project activities smoothly. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in managerial role in NGO/INGO. 
• At least master degree in any faculty. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft office. 
• Able to write report and proposal for NGO. 
• Capacity to build strong, positive professional relationship with beneficiaries, staff and stakeholders. 
• Having knowledge in financial management. 
• Strong attention to detail with good time management and the ability to multi task. 
• Professional presentation, strong communication and negotiation skills. 
• Fluent in English on both writing and speaking. 
• Smart leadership and organizational skills.
