PHASE Nepal is a non-governmental, organization established in 2006 with a vision to build a self-empowered and self-sustained society where all kinds of discrimination are absent.  PHASE Nepal’s health, education, livelihoods, research and strengthening the concept of independent living projects are currently running across various rural communities in Nepal. PHASE Nepal is currently looking for suitable candidates for the following position:

1. Position: Education Supervisor (1 position)

Duty Station: Photu village in Mugu district in Nepal with extensive visit to project area

Qualification & Experiences: Bachelor’s degree in education with minimum 2 years of working experience in similar position. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali languages.

Salary & Benefits: Gross salary-NPR 60,932/- per month (Includes festival and remote area allowance and organization contribution to social security fund)

2. Position: Physiotherapist (1 position)

Duty Station: Sipa village in Mugu district in Nepal with extensive visit to project area

Qualification & Experiences: At least bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy with minimum 2 years of proven work experience in delivering physiotherapy and rehabilitation services especially to the persons with disabilities. Should have registered in Nepal Health Professional Council. Willing to support persons with impairment, functional limitation and disability for their rehabilitation and social protection. An exposure on social protection activities and inclusive health will be an additional advantage. Exposure on local development planning process in practice by the local government for the vulnerable people including person with a disability.

Salary & Benefits: Gross salary- NPR 68,793/- per month (Includes festival and remote area allowance and organization contribution to social security fund)

Insurance Benefits:

PHASE Nepal will provide accidental insurance of Rs. 2,000,000/- for staff member and medical insurance of NRs. 2,25,000/- that covers the employee and his/her up to 2 dependent family members
