2. Background
Lutheran World Relief is implementing U.S. Soybean Trade Driven Aquaculture Development in Nepal project, in partnership with MADE-Nepal, FORWARD, CFWA, JJYC, and RRAFDC. The project is designed to increase Nepal’s domestic aquaculture production and competitiveness while expanding U.S. soybean trade. The project will enable 6,500 fish farmers and 500 market chain actors, including government agencies, academia, civil society, and private sector partners, to adopt evidence-based aquaculture practices, improve feed formulation using U.S. soy products, strengthen financial services, and promote safe food consumption.
To strengthen our pool of experts and ensure high-quality delivery across project’s components, we invite interested individuals and/or firms to apply for inclusion on our Consultant Roster 2026-2029. This roster will serve as a reference for short-term consultancy, technical assistance, and specialized assignments in various areas as listed below:
3. Areas of Expertise

| 1. | Audio-Visual Production | Produce multimedia content (videos, documentaries, impact stories, radio jingles, podcasts, etc.) that effectively communicate project messages, achievements, and impacts to wider audiences. |
| 2. | Drone Operator | Provide aerial photography and videography services to capture landscapes, project sites, and events. |
| 3. | Event Management | Plan, coordinate, and organize conferences, market fairs, and public campaigns. Manage logistics, vendor coordination, participant engagement, and branding to ensure smooth delivery and impactful experiences. |
| 4. | Graphic Designer/Illustrator | Design creative materials such as training manuals, books, infographics, posters, and illustrations. |
| 5. | Printing Service Providers (Flex, Standees, Books, Brochure, ID Cards, T-Shirts, etc.) | Deliver high-quality printing of IEC and promotional materials including flex banners, standees, brochures, books, ID cards, and branded merchandise. |
| 6. | Photographer | Capture professional images of project activities, beneficiaries, events, and campaigns. Provide edited, high-resolution photographs suitable for reports and advocacy |
| 7. | Translator (English to Nepali, Nepali to English) | Provide accurate translation of technical documents, reports, training materials, and other documents. |
| 8. | Video Editor/Motion Graphics Designer | Edit raw footage into polished videos with transitions, subtitles, and branding, and create motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling and produce visually compelling audio-visual products. |
| 9. | Videographer | Capture high-quality videos of project activities, case studies, interviews, and events. |
| 10. | Web & Application Development | Design and maintain websites, portals, and mobile applications, ensuring user-friendly interfaces, secure hosting, and responsive design across devices. |

4. Application Process
Interested individuals/firms should submit:
- Updated CV or organizational profile
- Cover letter specifying area(s) of expertise
- At least three samples of previous work (reports, media products, training materials, etc.) with two references

5. Selection & Use of Roster
- Shortlisted applicants will be contacted for verification and potential interviews.
- Inclusion in the roster does not guarantee immediate assignment but ensures consideration for future opportunities.
- Assignments will be offered based on expertise, availability, financial and project needs.
- Selected applicants will be included in LWR’s expert roster for up to three years, with opportunities for short-term assignments, technical support, and resource development.
