Call for Expression of Interest (EoI)

One Heart Worldwide (OHW) is an international Non-Governmental Organization that has been working in the area of Maternal and Neonatal Health (MNH) for the past fifteen years in close collaboration with federal, provincial and local governments. OHW is developing a five-year (2027 – 2031) project “मातृ तथा नवजात शिशु स्वास्थ्य सेवा सुदृढिकरण(Strengthening Maternal and Neonatal Health Services)” for completing the project activities in existing districts of Karnali and Madhesh namely: Dailekh, Kalikot, Humla, Jumla, Mugu, Jajarkot, Bara, Mahottari, Parsa, Dhanusha, Siraha, Saptari and scaling up the program activities at new districts of Lumbini namely: Banke, Bardia, Dang, Gulmi, Kapilvastu, Nawalparasi West, Pyuthan, Rolpa, Rukum East, Rupandehi. 

OHW is currently requesting EOI from local non-government organizations (NGOs) registered with the objective of working in the health sector and operational in the proposed district, for the implementation of activities under the anticipated project focused on improving maternal and newborn health. The EOI is for the project that is contingent upon the final funding and project approval.

Interested local NGOs are requested to submit their proposals via email to ohwus@oneheartworldwide.org by 5:00 PM, March 31, 2026 (Nepal Time), with required documents in pdf format with the subject line “EOI for project implementation in (district name)”. Application form for proposal submission can be requested through email request to ohwus@oneheartworldwide.org.

Only the short-listed organization(s) will be contacted for further assessment process. OHW reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel the received EOI application without assigning any reason whatsoever. Participating in canvassing at any stage of the selection process shall lead to automatic disqualification.
