Expression of Interest (EOI) for Baseline Survey 

Good Neighbors International Nepal invites qualified and experienced individuals/consulting firms to submit a proposal to conduct a baseline survey in the Nuwakot and Lalitpur districts.

The detailed scope of work, expected deliverables, required qualifications, and timeline are outlined in the Terms of Reference (ToR).

Procedures for the Submission of a Proposal:

Interested and eligible individuals/consulting firms are requested to submit a technical and financial proposal in accordance with the instructions provided in the ToR. The proposal should reach the address below via email/courier/hand delivery by 19 March 2026 by 17:00 Hrs (Nepal Local Time).

The proposal must be submitted in an envelope (or subject of email) and mark it “Proposal for Baseline Survey of Impact Project" at Good Neighbors International Nepal, Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh Bhawan, 5th Floor, Lagankhel, Lalitpur, Nepal.

The proposal must be submitted within the specified deadline and include all required supporting documents. Late submissions will not be considered.

Only shortlisted and qualified individuals/consulting firms will be contacted for the next stage of the selection process.

Good Neighbors International Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason whatsoever. All submitted proposals will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality.
