BID NOTICE FOR SCHOOL FENCE CONSTRUCTION

Shangri-La Orphanage Home (SOH), located at Godawari Municipality–10, Chapagaun, Lalitpur, is a national non-governmental organization working for the protection, care, upbringing, education and overall development of orphaned and vulnerable children. With financial support from Govinda Association (GA), Germany, SOH has been implementing various programs aimed at ensuring the wellbeing, self-reliance and dignified future of children under its care. Shangri-La International School supported by SOH to provide quality education to marginalized children of Godawari Municipality.

SOH hereby invites bid from eligible, qualified and experienced contractors/firms for the school fencing construction at Shangri-La International School located at Godawari-10, Ratmate, Chapagaun, Lalitpur:

Eligibility Criteria:

Interested bidders must meet the following minimum eligibility requirements:

• Legally registered firm/company under the laws of Nepal
• Valid VAT registration certificate
• Latest tax clearance certificate
• Demonstrated experience in similar construction works (experience certificates)
• Availability of technical manpower and required resources
• Financial capacity to complete the assigned works including completion timeline
• Must not be blacklisted by any government authority, donor agency or development partner.

BID SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 13th November, 2026 (Kartik 27, 2083)

Bid document can be submitted in person in a sealed envelope at Shangri-La Orphanage Home (SOH), Godawari Municipality-10, Neupanegaun, Chapagaun, Lalitpur or through email in procurement@gemeinsamfuernepal.org clearing mentioning “Bid submission for School Fencing” in the subject line. DOCUMENTS FOR SUBMISSION: The bidders should provide request letter along with legal documents, brief proposal, company profile, required time for completion, declaration letter duly signed and stamped and budget separately in the BOQ form.
