RARE OPPORTUNITY: FULL-TIME BOOKKEEPER VACANCY 

Wealth Nexus is looking for Full-time experienced bookkeeper to join our boutique business accounting firm on a minimum of Rs 40,000 to Rs 60,000 dependent on skills and experience. 

We are well known for our strategic excellence, business advisory, tax strategies and pro-active communication enabling business owners from all over Australia to scale from $0 to $20M AUD. 

The typical weekly tasks for new bookkeeper will include: 

  • Handling client enquiries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Xero
  • Assist in preparation of BAS and other tasks as required
  • Organise and manage financial documentation and files using software such as Hubdoc
  • Communicative effectively within team to resolve client queries in a timely manner 
  • Collaborate with team members and provide support on various finance-related duties
  • Ensure all data entry and record-keeping complies with Australian Accounting Standards
  • Provide support to Australian based team on 
    • Statutory compliance work
    • Tax planning calculations

Who are we looking for?

  • 1+ years of accounting/ bookkeeping experience with Australian based businesses using Xero
  • Semi-Qualified CA
  • Proficient in English
  • Proficiency in Xero – Practical experience favourable

RARE OPPORTUNITY: FULL-TIME ADMIN/PAYROLL OFFICER VACANCY 

Wealth Nexus is looking for Full-time experienced admin officer to join our boutique business accounting firm on a minimum salary of Rs 18,500 to Rs 20,000 dependent on skills and experience. 

We are well known for our strategic excellence, business advisory, tax strategies and pro-active communication enabling business owners from all over Australia to scale from $0 to $20M AUD. 

Roles and responsibilities

Payroll Duties:

  • Accurately process payroll for multiple Australian clients using Xero Software
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations
  • Maintain up-to-date employee and payroll records
  • Coordinate with clients to gather payroll inputs and resolve queries
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursements
  • Perform other admin duties as assigned by supervisor

Invoicing Duties:

  • Prepare and send weekly invoices to the client’s customers on behalf of the client
  • Ensure all pre-requisites for invoicing are met, including verifying chargeable amounts, supporting documentation, and correctness of billing details
  • Coordinate with internal teams or the client for any missing or unclear data
  • Maintain records of all invoices and follow up if needed

  • BBA Graduates (Freshers or experienced)
