Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal (BWSN) was established in 1995 A.D (2051 B.S.) and registered as non-profit making, nonpolitical and non-governmental organization in District Administration Office, Sarlahi. BWSN was formed with the objective of engaging marginalized and vulnerable people in development activities with their enhanced capacity which ensures the livelihood improvement opportunities for poor, deprived and destitute community people living in Sarlahi and surrounding districts of Terai region. The thematic area of BWSN is Disaster Risk Management, Climate change, Human Rights, Child Rights, Peace and Democracy, Livelihood and Enterprises Development, Education, Health, Nutrition and WASH.
In partnership with United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)/ Global Fund under National Tuberculosis Control Centre BWSN is implementing Strengthening Health Resilience in Nepal – HIV, TB and Malaria Tuberculosis (TB) control program in 13 districts (Jhapa, Ilam, Sunsari, Morang, Udaypur, Saptari, Siraha, Dhanusha, Mahotari, Sarlahi, Rautahat, Bara and Parsa). BWSN invites application from interested and eligible candidates. All candidates are request to mention the expected salary in application.

District Project Coordinator Required No-2 | Koshi province: Morang District-1 Ilam District-1 | Over all responsible to implement the project in in close coordination with district and municipalities, provide strategic technical support to project staff in all intervention of TB project. Support National Tuberculosis Program; detection of TB cases as per the national protocol, ensure enrollment of identified TB cases for treatment service and ensure optimum treatment outcome in the district. Support health facilities and local government (palika) to ensure reporting in DHIS II and eTB. Support in accordance fulfilling compliance of BWSN/UNDP US / Global Fund. | Master Degree in Public Health with 1 years of experience in health-related program or Bachelors in public health with 2 years of experience in health-related program (The experiences in field of TB program and a local candidate will be given more priority) |
M&E Officer Required No– 1 | Koshi province-1 | The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer will be responsible for Budgeting, designing, implementing, and overseeing the M&E framework for TB programs in Madhesh and Koshi province. The officer will ensure data-driven decision-making, track project progress, and report on program outcomes to improve service delivery and advocacy efforts. S/he will also look after the partnership strengthening among BWSN and UNDP, government counterparts, and Local CSOs partners. S/he will represent the provincial levels in Madhesh and Koshi Province. | Master Degree in Public Health with 1 years of experience in health-related program or Bachelors in public health with 2 years of experience in health-related program. Outreach Worker (ORW) Required no.: 2 | Koshi Province: Morang district (Belbari M. & Kera Bari RM, and Letang M Pathari Sanischare M. &Kanepokhari RM.) | Identify presumptive TB case from potential sites of existing health facility of government and private health care provider of assigned area. Reach and conduct contact tracing of the family & vulnerable community (index family and surrounding). Support to have proper diagnosis and enroll for TB treatment and contribute on TB End strategy of the area. Utilize full of energy and innovation toward TB Free society. Support to ACF camps, follow up and ensure recording and reporting in HMIS, eTB and NTPMIS |

Admin, HR & Logistic Assistant. Required No.-1 | Madhesh Province-1 | The Admin, HR, and Logistic Assistant is responsible for providing administrative, human resource, and logistical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the program at provincial and district levels. The position supports compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements while facilitating day-to-day office operations. S/he will represent the provincial levels in Madhesh Province. | Higher Secondary degree (+ 2 commerce) in any relevant field with at least 2 years’ experience in related field. (The experiences in Admin, HR, and Logistic, and a local candidate will be given more priority) |
