Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal in a collaboration with World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal) is renovating building under Integrated Program Framework. Therefore, Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal invites bids from eligible bidders for the same. Bidders who have eligibility of 3 years of construction work experience, can participate in the bidding process.

Bidders can receive an electronic copy or hard copy of a complete set of bidding documents from 9th June 2026 up to 15th June 2026 by 5.00 PM, upon the submission of application along with copy of legal documents (VAT, Registration, updated license, Tax clearance-2081-82) in below address.
Bidders shall submit single sealed envelope containing the technical proposal and financial proposal.
Sealed bids should be submitted in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders at the latest by 5:00 PM on 15th June 2026, to the address given below. The proposal submitted will be opened at Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal office with Bidder’s representatives who choose to attend on 16th June 2026, by 11:00 AM.
BWSN reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, without providing any reason. In addition, bidders are hereby informed that should there be any modification, suspension, or cancellation of the project or its committed budget by the donor, such changes will be duly communicated at any stage of the bidding process prior to the award of the contract.
