Relief Nepal, established in 2008, is a non-governmental, non-profit organization committed to improving the quality of life of poor, youth, underprivileged, and marginalized communities across Nepal. Guided by the motto “Listen to Children,” Relief Nepal has built a strong reputation for implementing child-centered development programs in education, child protection, health, livelihood, water and sanitation, and disaster management.

In collaboration with various donor agencies, Relief Nepal operates across Bagmati, Madhesh, and Karnali Provinces, with a focus on promoting child well-being and family welfare, strengthening child rights and protection, enhancing community resilience, and fostering sustainable development.

In partnership with World Vision International Nepal, Relief Nepal will be implementing “Sponsorship Operation Programme (SOP) and Core Project Models of Citizens Voice and Actions, Child Protection" through the Integrated Programme Framework (IPF) to ensure wellbeing of most vulnerable children and families in three rural municipalities Tinpatan, Phikkal, and Golanjor in Sindhuli District.

2MEAL Officer1Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Development Studies, or relevant disciplines
  • The MEAL Officer will be responsible for supporting evidence-based program management through systematic data collection, analysis, reporting, and learning. The position ensures that monitoring and accountability systems are in place and functioning effectively in line with organizational and donor requirements.

3SCM and Admin Assistant 1Intermediate (+2) degree or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement, inventory, and supply chain management; knowledge of admin procedures; strong organizational and compliance skills.

4Protection Officer1Bachelor’s degree in social work, Law, Child Rights or relevant discipline

At least 2 years of experience, knowledge of child protection policies, safeguarding, and GBV prevention, CFLG; skills in case management and referral mechanisms; ability to work with vulnerable children and families; strong advocacy and coordination skills.

5Impact Officer (Field Based)2Bachelor Degree, Social Sciences or a related discipline (qualification in youth work would be highly valued)

Good understanding and knowledge of youth development and local economic development approaches, with experience in equipping young people with life and work readiness skills. Has strong training and facilitation skills, good report writing skills, Experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection methods, skilled in using Microsoft Office applications.

6Community Mobilizers (Field Based)8Intermediate (+2) degree

Skills in community engagement, group facilitation, and awareness campaigns; experience in multi-dimension project especially on child rights, nutrition, Livelihood and protection activities; Ability to work directly with parents, adolescents, children, caregivers and local leaders.
