Divya Development Resource Centre (DDRC), Parsa is a non-profitable, nongovernmental organization established in 2050 B.S. DDRC registered address is Kalimai Rural Municipality Ward No. 5, Biranchibarwa, Parsa, Nepal. DDRC, has set its Vision “A healthy society of men, women and children where (Justice) opportunities are (Equitably) shared which sustains positive change and dignity for all.” To reach this destination, it has its mission- to facilitate a process of participatory development approach, which empowers men and women, to attain all the rights with special attention to marginalized groups, to guarantee the dignity of all. Divya Development Resource Centre (DDRC), Parsa with the partnership of One Heart Worldwide is going to implement “Strengthening Maternal Neonatal Health Services in Partnership with the Local Government ( स्थानीय सरकारको साझेदारीमा मातृ तथा नवजात शिशु स्वास्थ्य सेवा सुदृढिकरण ) in Parsa District” from 2025. Divya Development Resource Centre (DDRC), Parsa hereby invites applications from suitable and qualified Nepalese citizens for the following positions:
Details of Announcement:
1. Project Coordinator – 1 (One)
The Project Coordinator leads the overall management of OHW supported MNH projects in the district under the guidance of the Executive Director/Chairperson and in coordination with the OHW District Coordinator. This position is responsible for providing overall programmatic, financial and management support in planning, implementing, and monitoring activities of his/her district.
Qualification: Master’s degree in public health with one year of previous experience in a related field or bachelor’s degree in public health with four years of previous experience in a related field.
Duty Station: District Headquarters with 70% field visit

2. Admin Finance Officer – 1 (One)
The Admin Finance Officer will be responsible for financial management, office administration and logistics management of the OHW project in the District Project Office.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or BBS, or equivalent, having a minimum of 2 years of work experience in finance, administration and logistics.

3. Field Officer – 1 (One)
The Field Officer will be responsible for providing technical support to the local level health units in municipalities, MNH service providers at the facility level and relevant stakeholders in MNH program planning and implementation; conduct community awareness raising activities focusing on MNH status assessment, planning and monitoring at the facility and community level.
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Public Health (BPH) with preferred experience in the maternal, neonatal and child health fields

4. Field Officer – Clinical – 1 (One)
The Field Officer – Clinical will be responsible for providing technical support to MNH service providers at the facility level and relevant stakeholders in MNH program planning, conducting community awareness-raising activities focusing on MNH, assessment, planning and follow-ups of MNH services at the facility and community level.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with experience in the maternal, neonatal and child health fields. or PCL Nursing (Staff Nurse degree) with two years’ work experience in the maternal, neonatal and child health fields

DDRC has a zero tolerance toward sexual exploitation and abuse and child abuse. DDRC takes seriously all concerns and complaints about sexual exploitation and abuse and child abuse involving DDRC Employees and Related Personnel. DDRC initiates rigorous investigation of complaints that indicate a possible violation of this policy and takes appropriate disciplinary action, as warranted.
