Basic Information:

1. Position: Call Center Representative

Location: Lazimpat, Naxal, Khusibu, Tinkune, Baneshwor, Hattisar, Baluwatar and Pulchowk

Division: Banking Call Center

Qualification: +2 / Bachelors Running

Experience: Min 3-6 months in releted field

Timing: Flexible for all shift (Morning, Day, Evening and overnight)

Salary: NRs. 21,000/- to NRs. 24,000/-

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Data entry in various platforms

2. Position: Coordinator/Counselor

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management

Job Location: Kupondole, Lalitpur

Experience: Min 6 months to 1 year of experience in Counseling
