Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an International Student Recruiter. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying and engaging with students, promoting the institution's programs to prospective students, and assisting with the application and enrolment process. Additionally, the recruiter will help create marketing campaigns to attract students.

1.     Promote SkillHub’s academic programs to prospective students in Kathmandu & other regions in Nepal.

2.     Organise and participate in recruitment campaigns, educational fairs, and seminars.

3.     Guide and counsel prospective international students through the application and admission process.

4.     Identify, establish and maintain strong relationships with local recruitment agents.

5.     Provide market feedback and support the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Sales skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in international student recruitment or admissions
• Knowledge of global education systems and visa requirements
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field
