- Basic Computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of any Accounting Software.
- Any candidate with prior experience in handling accounts of any business can be recruited as full-time employee with higher salary instead of internship.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Job Description
- Be prepared to work in different shifts as required, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
- Generate sales leads.
- Install and configure software applications as per client requirements.
- Offer round-the-clock assistance to clients through Any Desk, phone calls, on-site visits, etc.
- Develop and maintain daily work schedules to ensure efficient task management.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks as directed by the admin, including follow-ups for payments, receipt of payments, bill deliveries, and document couriering.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
