- Prepare annual Detail Implementation Plan (DIP), cash flow and quarterly and monthly work plan.
- Prepare periodic and specific progress reports in recommended format or platform and submit to donors.
- Provide technical support, coaching and guidance to the project staffs (School Officers and Agriculture Technician) for efficient, consistent, and effective implementation of project activities.
- Collaborate with local community leaders, government officials, NGOs, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals with community needs and priorities. Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate cooperation and support for project activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of project activities, including progress reports, financial records, and other relevant documents.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for project funders, donors, and other stakeholders to demonstrate the impact and effectiveness of project interventions.
- Establish monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track project progress, measure outcomes, and assess the impact of interventions on community health, education, and skill development. Regularly collect and analyze data to identify successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and support to social mobilization grant recipients i.e. NGOs and SMCs for effective implementation of family and community engagement interventions at the school and community level.

2. | Accountant- 1 No. | Bachelor Degree of Commerce, Business Studies or Equivalent. Minimum 3 years of experience in independently handling budgeting, financial accounting, planning and analysis in I/NGO. | - Ensure that all financial transactions and data are correctly implemented according to donor/ organization's policies and procedures.
- Support and ensure all the payments are made following proper financial procedures.
- Ensure proper supporting documents for expense verification
- Preparation and administration of payroll adhering the required compliance.
- Issuance and settlement of of employee advance.
- Reconciliation of payable and receivable ledger.
- Preparation of bank reconciliation.
- Preparation of Payment authorization sheet,
- Keep the scan copy of voucher and submit to donor.
- Identifying alternatives and facilitating access to the ‘best value for money’ for all products and services.
- Ensure major / recurring procurements are under strategic sourcing initiative;
- Propose innovative solutions to increase efficiency through evidence based analysis for consumption by financial and operational dimensions, including price, quality and service.
- Support in improving spending behavior, process, utilization, and optimize total throughout yield.
- Ensure internal control measures are in place and are followed appropriately.

3. | School Officers- 3 | Bachelors in education or equivalent with at least 3 years of work experience in the field of education/ health & nutrition/ livelihood project with knowledge of Positive parenting. ** Females from marginalized community is highly encouraged to apply | - Document the information from consultation with key stakeholders and beneficiaries for planning.
- Support to Project Coordinator to prepare plan and budget for the project under the organizational and project provision.
- Ensure organizational visibility and sustainability in the community and district jointly with Project Coordinator.
- Participate in different networks and forums and coordinate likeminded organizations for resource maximization.
- Lead to conduct and facilitate project activities with high quality; training, meeting, workshop, seminars etc.
- Regularly visit and mentor schools, ECD centers and early grade schools and provide support as necessity.
- Explore the learning of other projects and suggest the project team to collaborate with other project team within organization to create synergy.
- Make a proper use of ECD learning and playing materials while facilitating the ECD class.
- Involve in the creation of low/no cost ECD learning/materials and apply them in close consultation with ECD Centre
- Collect feedbacks and learning from stakeholders and other concern agencies for the program.
- Mobilize staffs under the position for high quality project interventions.
- Conduct regular field visits with appropriate monitoring tools and checklist to track the project.
- Support to conduct surveys, internal and external evaluations and document them along with the analysis of data.
- Prepare and submit event wise monitoring and progress reports to project coordinator with the compilation of disaggregated data of project.
- Support to Project Coordinator to conduct project review meeting with project team to review planned activities of that month along with the evidence of challenges faced and lesson learned monthly for the documentation.
- Monitor the regular movement of early grade teaching of different schools of project areas

4. | Agriculture Technician- 1 Nos. | Bachelors in agriculture with minimum 1 year experience in food security, nutrition, livelihood and sustainable agriculture or Diploma in Agriculture with 3 years of experiences in food, nutrition, livelihood, and sustainable agriculture related project. | - Assist in the implementation of agriculture-related activities, including but not limited to crop production, soil management, pest and disease control, and post-harvest management working with Farmers groups.
- Facilitate the establishment and management of demonstration plots for production of nutritious vegetables, fruits, and crops along with the management of nutrition garden/ kitchen garden/ home garden.
- Support the identification and formation of farmer groups, most vulnerable families and organize regular meetings to discuss agricultural issues, share knowledge, and promote collective action.
- Collaborate with project partners and local government authorities to strengthen linkages between farmers, cooperatives, and markets.
- Assist in conducting training sessions and workshops for farmers on topics such as crop cultivation, livestock management, and sustainable agricultural practices
- Participate in the collection and analysis of data related to agriculture and livestock production, including monitoring crop yields, livestock performance, and adoption of recommended practices.
- Assist in the development and dissemination of educational materials, extension messages, and information related to agriculture and veterinary services.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, inputs distributed, and outcomes achieved for reporting purposes.
- Stay updated on latest developments in agriculture and veterinary sciences, and participate in relevant capacity-building activities and trainings.
- Support to Project Coordinator to prepare plan and budget for the project under the organizational and project provision.
