National Association of Rural Municipalities in Nepal (NARMIN) is an umbrella organization of 460 Rural Municipalities (RMs) in Nepal after the introduction of federalism in Nepal and is recognized as an advocacy, lobby and resource organization in the country to strengthen local governance processes as per the Constitutional spirit of cooperation, co-existence and co-ordination between federal, provincial and local levels and has been closely working with the federal,  provincial  and local governments on the issues ranging from policy reform to legislative reform and local governments’ capacity development. NARMIN is looking for WASH Program Manager (One) and WASH Officer (One) who will implement of "Accelerating Federalization of WASH Sector Governance in Rural Municipalities in Nepal". Details ToR is attached herewith.
