Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal (BWSN) was established in 1995 A.D. (2051 B.S.) and is registered as a non-profitmaking, non-political, and non-governmental organization with the District Administration Office, Sarlahi. BWSN works to empower marginalized and vulnerable communities through inclusive and sustainable development interventions that enhance livelihoods and improve the well-being of poor, deprived, and destitute populations in Sarlahi and surrounding districts of the Terai (Madhesh) region.

Thematic areas of BWSN include Livelihoods and Nutrition, Health and WASH, Education, Promotion of Inclusive Governance, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Natural Resource Management (NRM), Climate Change, and Injury Prevention.

BWSN invites applications from qualified, competent, and motivated Nepali citizens to be included in its Roster of Eligible Candidates for the following positions on a contractual and need-based basis.

Applications are invited from candidates residing in or willing to work in the following areas:

• Madhesh Province: Saptari, Siraha, Dhanusha, Mahottari, Sarlahi, Rautahat, Bara, Parsa
• Koshi Province: Ilam, Sunsari, Morang, Jhapa, Udaypur.

Roster Information

Successful applicants will be enlisted in the BWSN Roster for a defined period. Inclusion in the roster does not guarantee immediate employment. Candidates will be contacted as and when positions become available based on program needs, organizational requirements, and geographical relevance.
