To conduct Organization's Situation and Capacity Analysis

The Organization:

Nepal Netra Jyoti Sangh (NNJS), an esteemed NGO focused on Eye Care is inviting applications from qualified and interested Nepali candidates/organization for Lahan Eye & Ear Care System LEECS (EREC-P formerly) to conduct Organization's Situation and Capacity Analysis. LEECS comprises of 2 large hospitals (Sagarmatha Choudhary Eye Hospital at Lahan & Biratnagar Eye Hospital at Biratnagar) and has excellent international reputation and performs more than 1,30,000 surgeries annually.

The main objective of this study will be to:

• Analyse existing situation and capacity of LEECS in terms of structures, department, functions and human resources at all levels.
• Develop strategy to fulfil the identified gap after analysis.

Qualifications & Competencies required:

• At least 3 past experience of organization's capacity assessment, reforms, structural development plan or related in last five years.
• Master’s degree in Organization management and Secretarial Practice or relevant work from recognized academic institutions. Preferable with experience of Health Care/Hospital working system.
