TECHNICAL SPECIALISTS, LOCAL GOVERNANCE, NEPAL Tetra Tech ARD (www.ardinc.com) , a leading international development consulting firmed based in Burlington, Vermont and Washington, D.C., is currently accepting expressions of interest from experts in the following areas, for an anticipated 5-year USAID funded Local Governance Program in Nepal. USAID Grants Officers Qualifications: * University degree in a relevant field * Experience with donor funded projects * Must have at least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience * Experience with USAID funded citizen engagement or local governance programs preferred * Proficiency in English preferred, with excellent oral and written communication skills * Ability to work and travel to remote areas in Nepal to oversee program implementation and provide technical support and expertise.
