World Vision International (WVI) Nepal’s Traineeship Programme aims to develop and provide real world organisational experience to fresh Nepali graduates with a full-time on-the-job learning and training assignments with access to mentoring and practical experience in diverse and inclusive working environment.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Minimum Bachelor’s degree | Humble, open and eager to learn | Resourcefulness, adaptability and flexibility | Committed with World Vision Ethos, Vision Mission and Core Values | Demonstrated good character and honesty | Graduates who are either beneficiaries of World Vision’s child sponsorship program, or have experienced the impact of WVI Nepal Community Development programs are highly encouraged to apply | Graduates must disclose any potential points for conflict of interest e.g., relatives working for or affiliated with WVI Nepal.
