1. INTRODUCTION

Apanga Swabalamban Sanstha Jajarkot (ASSJ) is a non-profit, community-based organization led by and for persons with disabilities in Jajarkot District. It was established in 2075 B.S. through the unification of seven local and ad hoc disability committees. ASSJ is governed by a nine-member executive body representing individuals with diverse disabilities, including physical, intellectual, and visual impairments. Over time, it has evolved into an inclusive, district-level network with representation from all seven municipalities of Jajarkot and advocacy initiative collaboration with Sanibheri Rural Municipality in Rukum West. Although ASSJ lost its office and vital documents, further weakening the local disability movement and advocacy efforts in the recent Barekot-centered earthquake in Jajarkot. Despite this, ASSJ continues to operate from a temporary space, engaging with local government and communities. However, its organizational, institutional, technical, and personnel capacities require substantial strengthening to meaningfully engage in disability-inclusive earthquake recovery, reconstruction and to uphold the rights and dignity of Person with disabilities in Jajarkot and Rukum West districts of Karnali Province with the support of CBM Global.

ASSJ going to install the accounting software so that requested to submition EOI along with attached quotation to interested Company/Firm inline with attached terms and condition

2. Specific Objectives 

Accounting software specifically designed to meet the financial management needs of NGOs operating in Nepal, with the capability to handle project-based accounting, donor reporting. The system should allow flexible and customizable setup of charts of accounts, enabling classification by funding source, project, cost center and account type. The software should provide strong analytical capabilities, allowing users to filter and analyze transactions by project, donor, date and account. It should include robust budget management functionality with budget creation, revision and real-time tracking, including budget versus actual comparisons and overspending alerts. The system generates a wide range of reports such as trial balance, general ledger, transaction details, outstanding advance and payable reports ,budget versus actual reports Auto FAS , Auto Income statement  , Auto summary of Report , Data Base or  cloud Base , Auto Balance sheet , Auto Bank Reconcile statement  , Auto voucher print , Separate voucher system ( payment voucher , Revived voucher , Journal Voucher ), with options for customization and export to common formats like Excel.

3. Timeframe

This assignment is aimed to be completed within 5 days from the date of signing the contract and purchase order.

5.  Legal Document & Required Documents

The following are the key instructions for Company/ firms who are interested in submitting a budget proposal:

  • The application should include the Company/firm's registration certificate, Updated renewal, FY 081/82 tax clearance, VAT/PAN certificate 
  • A detailed a financial proposal with a necessary budget breakdown of Accounting System Package/Modules 
  • ASSJ Given Quotation Format  and Additional specification can submit with this quotation.
  • Copy of VAT/PAN registration certificate
  • Tax clearance certificate of FY 2081/82  
  • Installation Method

6. Payment schedule

The payment will be reimbursed after install the accounting system and delivered of Original Contract (MOU), Purchase order and Bills with supportive other document of Accounting system.

7. PROCEDURE TO APPLY

Interested company or firms should submit their expression of interest, including a detailed proposal with budget and relevant documents to Apang Swalamban sanstha (ASSJ), Jajarkot, First Publication Date: 19 May 2026 to 23 May.2026.
