Tender Notice for the Installation of Tube well Boring in Drought–Affected Areas.

SODCC, Parsa in support of UNICEF invites sealed bids from reputed and qualified national companies/firms for the Installation of Tube Well Boring in Drought-Affected Areas in Birgunj Metropolitan City Parsa District & Surunga Municipality Saptari District . Interested bidders may obtain further information from SODCC Parsa, at the address given below during the office working hours mentioned time here. 

1. Bidding documents can be purchased by the bidders upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of NPR 2000.00 (Two Thousand Only) in cash Physically. Additionally, the bidders can obtain the bidding documents online by depositing the above-mentioned amount to the below-stated bank account of SODCC by sending a deposit slip. 

2. Bidders are required to provide 2.5% bid security in cash or a bank guarantee letter from the commercial bank along with the bid document. These guarantees will be released after completion of the assigned task.

3.  2.5% security bid amount needs to be deposited in the following bank account.

4. Bid must be submitted to the address given below, on or before 19 March 2026, by 5.00 PM. Bids will be opened at SODCC Parsa Head Office, Radhemai-14, Birgunj, Parsa at 1 PM on 20 March 2026.
