Job description:

Place of implementation: SJP is being implemented in Barahathawa Municipality, Simraungadh Municipality and Janakpurdham Sub-metropolitan City in Madhesh Province.

1. Information about the Organization and Programme

Divya Development Resource Centre (DDRC) Parsa in partnership with People in Need (PIN) Nepal is implementing Security and Justice (SJP) funded by UK International Development which aims is to increase public safety and trust in public institutions by empowering communities to drive social change and fostering effective multi-stakeholder coordination for gender-based violence (GBV) prevention and response.

Key objectives of this SJP to Empower individuals with knowledge, skills, and agency to address GBV and strengthen the capacity and coordination of local stakeholders to deliver effective GBV prevention and response services.

Overall Goal:

To enhance digital and financial literacy and strengthen online safety skills among Women, WROs, Disability-Led CBO/CSOs, and LGBTIQ+ Groups and students, empowering them and promoting safe, responsible, and confident online engagement while preventing Technology-Facilitated Gender-Based Violence (TFGBV).

Interested consultants/firms are requested to submit:

• A cover letter
• Technical Proposal (methodology, work plan, and experience)
• Financial Proposal
• CVs of trainers
• Firm registration and renewal documents, along with the tax clearance certificate of fiscal year 2081/082, if the tax clearance is not available, submit the official time extension.
• Examples of work done in the field in similar training package delivery.
