Teller cum Customer Service

Job Duties:

• Provide account services to customers by receiving deposits and loan payments; cashing checks; issuing savings withdrawals;
• Answering questions in person or on telephone.
• Record transactions.
• Cross-sell products by answering inquiries; informing customers of new services and product promotions; ascertaining customers' needs; directing customers to a representative.
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
• Inform customer of deals and promotions
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
• Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
